The 3Com SuperStack II Entry hubs provide high-quality connectivity solutions at entry-level prices for Ethernet networks that don't require comprehensive management; but do require reliability and ease of use.The SuperStack II Entry Hub 24 is equipped with 24 RJ-45 10BaseT ports. This hub has an extra port for a backbone connection using an optional Transceiver Interface Module. To improve performance, you can segment the LAN quickly and easily using the slide-in LinkBuilder Bridge MicroModule. The SuperStack II Entry hubs are directly rack mountable, requiring no additional equipment. Each hub comes with a mounting kit. Multiple hubs can be cascaded, either by using the MDI/MDIX port to cascade via twisted pair or by simply adding an optional slide in transceiver modules. A complete range of diagnostic LEDs helps you isolate faults to maintain uptime.
