Days Warranty:
We will fix the product at no cost to the buyer. Where by the laptop
cannot be fixed, we will replace the original product with equivalent
laptop with no additional charges. P J Computers International reserve
the right to refund the whole amount paid if we cannot meet the above
conditions specified. The buyer or customer have the
responsibility to inform us by phone or via e-mail if something is wrong
with the item purchased. Please report any problem within 3 days after
you have had the opportunity to examine and use the product. Note of
disclaimer-we are not responsible for any software problem. The use of
any operating or application software goes to the customer or buyer.
Most of our used or refurbished laptops comes from corporate or leasing
environment and may already have software that are pre-loaded with the
operating system and the necessary productkey/code.
RETURNED
MERCHANDISE SHIPPING COST:
The customer is responsible for paying all the shipping and handling
cost to return a product to us or unless otherwise stated. When
shipping the replacement product to the customer, P J Computers is
responsible for paying all the shipping and handling charges. So does
the manufacturer.

applies to domestic and international customers. Method of shipping: Federal
Express, DHL, Airborne, UPS and United States Postal Services (USPS).
Overnight Delivery, Second Day Air, Ground Shipping, Priority, First
Class, Economy,Global Express Mail, etc. are shipping options available
to our customers. If you already have an account setup or established
then you can use it. All we ask is you send your account information
when you want your product shipped. We recommend to our customers to
choose the option to have their product insured by the carrier. This is
necessary, in case the product is damaged in transit. You can file
claim with the shipping company if your product was to become damaged.
