Days Warranty (Preowned Computer Products:
We will fix the product at no cost to the buyer. Where by the product cannot be
fixed, we will replace the original product with equivalent or similar one
with no additional charges. P J Computers International reserve the right to
refund the whole amount paid if we cannot meet the above conditions specified.
Item. The buyer or customer have the responsibility to inform us by phone or via
e-mail if something is wrong with the item purchased. Please report any problem
within 3 days after you have had the opportunity to examine and use the product.
Note of disclaimer-we are not responsible for any software problem. The use of
any operating or application software goes to the customer or buyer. Most of our
used or refurbished laptops and desktop computers comes from corporate or
leasing environment and may already have software that are pre-loaded with the
operating system and the necessary productkey/code.
FACTORY
REFURBISHED PRODUCTS 90 Days or More:
If you purchase any factory refurbished product from us, the warranty is usually
90 days or more. Factory refurbished means that the original manufacturer of the
product are reselling open box products, which are returned by the customer for
some reason. These products may or may not have been used. However, just for the
fact that the box was opened and the item returned, such product is now sold at
discounted price. The product has been tested and repackaged by the manufacturer
or their assigned agent. Anywhere from Dell, IBM, Gateway, Systemax, Acer,
Toshiba, Sony, Compaq and more. In some cases there are extended warranties for

We will be very happy to email you the detail of the affected product you want
to purchase. Factory refurbished products' warranties are often executed by the
manufacturer or their assigned agents.
BRAND
NEW PRODUCTS 1 Year or More:
Warranty is usually 1 year or more, for all new products. Warranty are
enforced by the manufacturer of such product. From P J Computers' end, we
advise our customers to please let us know with in 5 business days after
receiving such product if they have any problem with it. With in the 5 business
days, we will issue the customer RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization). Under
this agreement, we reserve the right to replace the product with equivalent
product at no additional cost. After the 5 business days have expired, the
customer will have to contact and return the product to the manufacturer
directly. All contact information of the manufacturer will be made available to
the customer.
RETURNED
MERCHANDISE SHIPPING COST:
The customer is responsible for paying all the shipping and handling cost to
return a product to us or to the manufacturers, unless otherwise stated. When
shipping the replacement product to the customer, P J Computers or the
manufacturer is responsible for paying all the shipping and handling
charges.
SHIPPING
AND HANDLING: Please note that insurance of the package(s) is
the responsibility of the buyer. This applies to domestic and international
customers. Method of shipping: Federal Express, DHL, Airborne, UPS and United
States Postal Services (USPS). Overnight Delivery, Second Day Air, Ground
Shipping, Priority, First Class, Economy, etc. are shipping options available to
our customers. If you already have an account setup with UPS, Fedex,
DHL, Airborne you can use it. All we ask is you send your account
information when you want your product shipped. We recommend to our customers to
choose the option to have their product insured. This is necessary, in case the
product is damaged in transit. You can file a claim(s) with the shipping company
if your product(s) was to become damaged.
