Shipping Policy

P J Computers International uses Fedex Ground, UPS, DHL, Airborne and the United States Postal Service as our primary delivery partners. The choice of carrier is made based on the size, weight and delivery type of your particular order. All orders are shipped within 48 hours. Actually for most states and most orders, your order might reach earlier. If you have a more urgent need, we offer other quicker shipping options . Please choose the option that is best for you. Overnight delivery, 2 day delivery, Global express delivery, priority mail domestic and international, etc.


All orders to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, and APO addresses will be delivered by the US Postal Service and other carriers where possible. Order tracking and delivery confirmation is usually not available for APO and FPO addresses. We will email tracking information to you if we have your e-mail


If you provide a valid e-mail address while ordering, and ensure that email from the domain P J Computers International is not blocked or treated as spam by your e-mail filters, an e-mail confirmation with tracking number should reach you when your order ships. You may also call our support center at (413) 433-1584 ( 24/7 ) to get your tracking information.



P J Computers International retains the right to add additional fees for special requests (Next Day Service etc.), bulk orders over $1000 that require special shipping, and pallet orders. P J Computers will contact the customer prior to shipment if such items apply.

SHIPPING AND HANDLING: Please note that insurance of the package(s) is the responsibility of the buyer. This applies to domestic and international customers. Method of shipping: Federal Express, DHL, Airborne, UPS and United States Postal Services (USPS). Overnight Delivery, Second Day Air, Ground Shipping, Priority, First Class, Economy, etc. are shipping options available to our customers. If you already have an account setup with UPS, Fedex, DHL, Airborne you can use it. All we ask is you send your account information when you want your product shipped. We recommend to our customers to choose the option to have their product insured. This is necessary, in case the  product is damaged in transit. You can file a claim(s) with the shipping company if your product(s) was to become damaged.
